The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for the strategic management of communities and pros to increase adoption, ensure retention, and drive satisfaction through strategic account plans. The AM is responsible for proactive engagement with existing customers and collaborating with other team members to solve problems, provide customer service, monitor quality, and build relationships.
The Customer Support Representative is the primary point of contact for both communities and pros to act as a partner, collaborating with other pod members to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
