A nearby walking/bike path along the river leads to Northern Illinois University. All grounds are nicely landscaped with picnic areas along the river. Tenants have access to nearby River Heights public golf course.
  • Riverside Apartments has spacious one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a large kitchen and furnished appliances. Each apartment is a corner unit with a view. Interior amenities include carpeting, electric fireplaces in living room , abundant closet space, and cable ready TV. We offer on-site management, with laundry facilities in each building. Heat, Water, and Garbage pick-up are included in rent. Our rates are affordable with one bedrooms starting at $610.00 and our two bedrooms starting at $685.00 and up depending on amenities. We require first and last month’s rent, and a security deposit that is the same as the quoted rent. We are sorry but we do not except pets.
